Maybe I had thought too highly of myself, but sometime around the mid-way point of high school, I thought I should begin to take some college courses. Not only that, I wanted flexibility to hang out with my friends, so I decided to take them online.

 What that led to directly was a grueling process of missing and late assignments and failing grades that made me doubt myself & my abilities — but opened a new door to the possibility of Hey, I could turn this into a career!

 After a Bachelor & Master’s degree from The Ohio State University in Technical Education & Learning Technologies with honors, and several years of experience under my belt working for world-class organizations, like SAP, Vertiv, & Hyland Software who continually invest in their employee, partner, and customer training, I’m glad to say I did make a career out of it.
