1. Consulting Services

• Consulting services are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Web Design Services

• Deposits for web design projects are non-refundable.
• If you cancel a web design project before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any additional fees paid beyond the deposit.
• Refunds are not available once design work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

• For ongoing services or retainer agreements, clients may cancel with 14 days' written notice.
• Services performed before the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
